Their musical influence spreads like wildfire, igniting every soul with their sound of blues and jazz. Join Perth-born ublues founder Danny Loong and harmonica player Kelvin Ng (aka Smokey) who kick off the festival at the Living Room.
In the second set, Kerong Chok gives a riveting improvisational jazz piano performance with friends, Andrew Lim and Tony Makarome. Kerong, who began playing piano at the age of four, takes risks in his improvisation in a style influenced by music innovators Chick Corea, Keith Jarrett, McCoy Tyner, Bill Evans and Herbie Hancock.
