beautiful music. This living legend lives up to that promise with a strong
vocal delivery coupled with strong emotion that gets right to the soul.
Popularly known as “Mama Africa” and the “Empress of
African Song”, Miss Makeba's singing and songwriting style crossed
and blended genres long before the term world music came into being.

Dance to the infectious beat of Afro-Cuban music! Brought together by musical director Juan de Marcos Gonzalez, the Afro-Cuban All Stars four-generation ensemble was formed to explore a broader scope than the Buena Vista projects. A Toda Cuba Le Gusta , which was released in 1997, was the first to be recorded in the now legendary Buena Vista Social Club™ sessions.
