Rollins is best known for his work with The Jazz Warriors and Courtney Pine, while Phelps is the name from Tomorrow's Warriors. Others in this formidable lineup are Johnny Heyes on guitar, Mike Janisch on bass, Alexander Morgan on keyboards and Nathan Allen on drums.

For Lê, every note of Hendrix's music is on fire, everything he played sounded like he was playing for the last time. And it is exactly this direct, urgent emotion that grabbed Nguyên Lê's interest from the start.

  

ElectroLab

ElectroLab brings to our sunny shores Norway's electronica scene courtesy of Erlend Øye. Øye started off doing Joy Division covers in a band called Skog in Bergen, his home town. He then made his name as part of an indie acoustic duo Kings of Convenience.

Groove to the New York sounds of Si*Sé. Blending hip-hop beats, down-tempo electronica, soul and Latin rhythms, Si*Sé was formed by stunning Spanish-English singer/DJ Carol C. and programmer/producer/DJ Cliff Cristofaro, aka U.F.LOW, a b-boy minimalist armed with a single MPC drum machine.
