At Electro Green, enter a magical, off-kilter playground of half-remembered happy dreams, where the sky is the lightest of blues, where clockwork birds chirp and chatter, and gurgling streams trickle amidst blooms and maples. Wrapped in the snug, sunny warmth of this enchanted place, curl up, laugh and play even as a softly whirling disquiet colours the air.

In Japanese musician and sound artist Shuta Hasunuma's music, band instrumentation, field recordings (such as birdsong and street chatter), filtered electronics, speech and song fragments and more are layered together with simple and surprisingly beautiful melodies to create meticulously crafted, organic soundscapes that take the listener through whimsy, escapade, contemplation, wandering, comfort and rest.

Tokyo-based Shuta has released four albums since 2006 on Western Vinyl (USA) and the most famous Japanese electronic label PROGRESSIVE FOrM and HEADZ. This concert features Shuta and his band Team POP OOGA, comprising Ryosuke Saito (electric guitar and bass), Shuta Ishizuka (electric and acoustic guitar), Jimanica (drums), with a similarly playful visual landscape created by Shuta himself and Masato Tsutsui.
