A ten-piece jazz outfit headed by saxophonist Greg Lyons, Omniform has been treating crowds to their funky and soulful tunes since 2007. The band earned quite a reputation for its subtly mind-blowing gigs at the quintessential jazz joint Blu Jaz Café and they’re now ready to show everyone else just what the genre’s capable of.

Take the improvising spirit of jazz, throw in some Western and Eastern contemporary classical music, and you’ll only scratch the surface of what Signal to Noise is about. With a full-length album currently in the works, For This Cycle is starting to grab the attention of audiences in countries like Finland and the Philippines.

A collective of multi-talented musicians that have backed up many artists from around the world, Funkers is made up of Vick Veera on drums, Lily Nuris on vocals, Bani on bass and Yuz on guitar. A five piece roots and reggae group from New Zealand, Kora—consisting of brothers Laughton, Stuart, Brad and Francis Kora, and bassist and keyboardist Dan McGruer—promising rich vocal harmonies, funky, dub and reggae beats and a powerhouse rhythm section.

The Dancing Nancies’ songwriting formula is simple: tunes don’t need to actually fit a formula, so long as everyone in the band likes them.
